Pet Security Deposit and Fee Guidelines

            
 
The following amounts are in addition to the required security deposit and lease payments for any of our townhomes.

 

Category 1 - Additional $500 pet security deposit OR additional $50/month

1 Cat - Declawed and altered.
OR
1 Dog - Under 50 lbs, altered, and two years of age or older.
 
 
Category 2 - Additional $750 pet security deposit OR additional $75/month
 
1 Dog and 1 Cat - Both animals must be altered.  The dog must be under 25 lbs. and two years of age or older.  The cat must be declawed.
OR 
2 Cats - Both animals must be altered and declawed.
 
 
Category 3 - Additional $1000 pet security deposit OR additional $100/month 
 
1 Dog - Altered dog of any size under 2 years of age*
OR
1 Dog - weighing 50 lbs. or more and altered.
OR
2 Dogs - Both animals must be 25 lbs or less, altered, and at least 4 years of age.
OR 
1 Cat - with claws or unaltered.
 
*dogs under 6 months of age require an additional $250 pet security deposit ($1250 total pet security deposit) and must be altered as soon as they are of age.
 
 
Category 4 - Additional $2000 pet security deposit OR additional $200/month
 
1 Dog - any size, unaltered.
OR 
2 Cats -  with claws or unaltered.
